Does your case fit the new iphone 4S?
Yes, we're happy to confirm that our cases for iPhone 4 are also compatible with iPhone 4S.
What’s the difference between the white, black and transparent case?
All designs are printed on an easy snap on, hard case made with the same quality material. The only difference is whether you want to see the sides of your phone or prefer a cool white surrounding. The choice is yours!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes but only for a limited time. Right now, we are offering free shipping on all international orders.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
How long does shipping take?
We’re obsessed with quality and getting the details right. As soon as your order is placed we spend up to 5 days perfecting it, so you can expect to receive your custom-made case within 10-15 working days (it could take a bit longer, depends on the exact destination).
UPDATE: Due to the extraordinary demand for our cases, we are anticipating a delay in delivery of around 9 days for some of our orders. Since we're obsessed with making every single case perfect, the last thing we want to do is cut corners and compromise on the quality of our product. Sorry for the delay but we do hope you understand.
Can other people print my case?
No, only you can print your case.
Does Casetagram guarantee its product?
Of course! We want you to be happy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, email us at hello@casetagram.com within 10 days. Once we have confirmation that we are able to accept your return, send your case back to us and we will make you another case with the same design. Please do not return a case to Casetagram without contacting us first.
How can I pay for my order?
You can use PayPal to pay for your order.
Do you accept Credit Card?
Yes. We accept Credit Card through PayPal, no PayPal account is required. Please choose "Don't have a PayPal account?" on checkout as illustrated here.
How can I check my order status?
