Can other people print my case?
No, only you can print your cases unless your design is available on the Casetagram Artist Collection.

Which cases are available to customize?
We have the iPhone 5S / 5C / 5, iPhone 4S / 4, iPad Mini, iPad 4 / 3, iPad 2, iPod Touch 5, iPod Touch 4, Galaxy S III, Galaxy S II, Galaxy Note II and Galaxy Note.
What are the differences between the frosty white and frosty charcoal cases?
All designs are printed on quality cases that are durable, slim, lightweight and easy snap on hard cases. The difference is whether you want to see the sides of your device using frosty white or prefer a dark charcoal surrounding. The choice is yours!
Does Casetagram guarantee its product?
Of course! We’re 100% committed to making you happy. Contact us within 10 days you received your order, and once we have confirmation that we are able to accept your return, let us reprint it for you with the same design. Please do not return a case to Casetagram without contacting us first! If you absolutely want a refund, contact us.
My case was damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
Each case is hand checked by a member of Team Casetagram before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen. Hold on to packaging, take pictures of the damage and contact us. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
I have a Samsung Galaxy SII, and there are multiple models for different carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon). How do I know which case is the right one?
Although all the Samsung Galaxy SII may look similar, the designs may slightly vary between carriers (particularly the shape and positioning of the camera). Please note that Casetagram fits Samsung Galaxy SII International (non-carrier-specific version).

I see an orange ! warning sign next to my image, what does that mean?
In order to deliver you with high quality cases, we recommend that you use high quality images. The warning is to let you know that the photo is below the recommended resolution, therefore the quality may be reduced.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all international orders.
How long does shipping take?
We are obsessed with quality and getting the details right. From the time your order is placed, it takes 10-20 business days for Standard Shipping (free) or 3-5 business days for FedEx Priority Shipping to have it delivered to your door. Some destinations may take a bit longer for delivery than others.
UPDATE: Due to the extraordinary demand for Casetagram, we are anticipating a delay in delivery of around 9 days for some of our orders. We are perfectionists and the last thing we want to do is cut corners or compromise on the quality of our products. Apologies for any delay and thank you for being patient.
Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?

How can I check my order status?

I'm in the U.S., and it's been days since I've placed an order, but the tracker says that my order is still in Singapore. What's going on?
Unfortunately, even if your order has already gone through customs and are already in the U.S., USPS sometimes take time to update their records. USPS may update the information once it's near your local post office, or sometimes when it's already out for delivery to the final destination.
How can I pay for my order?
You can use PayPal to pay for your order.
Do you accept Credit Card?
Yes! We accept Credit Card through PayPal, NO PayPal account is required. Please choose "Don't have a PayPal account?" upon checkout as illustrated here.
